Very functional house located in a very quiet residential area under the pines, 300 meters from the typical Menorcan cove of Cala Canutells, a pedestrian path starts in front of the house and takes you there directly. On site you will find a grocery store, a bar restaurant facing the beach, which offers fresh fish according to the season. A car and scooter rental agency is located at the end of the street. Summary: Villa was perfect for our stay . Everything you could need.The pool was quite cool but lovely once you got in. Villa is quite remote, which is great if your looking for peace and quiet.

Summary: Overall we loved this property. We've stayed in Menorca 5 times now, and we'd consider this the best villa yet. From a family point of view, the rooms were spacious enough that we could set up travel cots for the two infants, whilst still having space for their older siblings. The pool, being gated off, meant we as parents didn't need to worry. The baby pool being partially separated from the adult pool meant the younger ones were safe but still part of the fun. The little supermarket 3 mins down the road had all the necessities for feeding kids at short notice, as we didn't rent a car. And the beach down the road was equally safe (as mentioned in other reviews). From the adult's point of view, we were surprised how good it was. The extra depth in the swimming pool meant we could practice diving with the spare equipment onsite. The little supermarket was equipped enough that we could make a range of meals for ourselves without needing to drive anywhere. The bus and taxi options meant we could get to Mahon quickly if we wanted to. The restaurant by the beach was far better than we'd expected from some of the reviews, with a genuinely good paella (plus other seafood options). We really enjoyed it, would absolutely go back a second time. Whilst hiring a car makes this place even better, it certainly isn't a requirement. I think there were only two negatives that took us by surprise: 1. the mosquitos. because this isn't really a resort village in the way that eg Son Bou, Cala en Bosc, etc are, there's no wide spread spraying for mosquitos, and so there are large numbers of them; they are too small to see often, and silent. whilst we had mosquito repellent plugins in each room, some of us were bitten over 50 times, with v nasty bites that took 2 weeks to fade. 2. tap water. we were only informed by the owner a couple of days in advance not to drink the tap water. this isn't something we've found in other villas, and frankly I'm not sure the owner's right about it - we used the tap water to make ice and no-one had any ill effects. there's 6L bottles of water available from the little supermarket, and it wasn't a massive hassle, we'd just have preferred to know further in advance. otherwise an entirely positive time.

Summary: We decided to stay at this property based on the description and reviews from previous guests. On arrival the location is very good, in a quiet residential street and the villa looks charming. The living/dining area is bright and comfortable and the kitchen small but adequate for a holiday stay. There are however some things which let the property down. The kettle is obviously very old and difficult to open the lid as the lever is missing and looks like it has been for some time. The bedrooms are small and cave-like, with no air conditioning, so very hot and although the master has a ceiling fan it can't be used as it catches on the mosquito net over the bed and sticks. Both bathrooms are good though. It is clear there are mosquitos in the area as there were many squashed on the walls and just left there!! The pool is a good size but unsuitable for non-swimmers as it gets deep very quickly and the bottom can be quite slippery. Although the property is advertised to the english market it should be noted that there are no english TV channels available, only french and german and there is no internet connection. Overall the property feels in need of refurbishment and updating so we were very disappointed and did not stay for the full week, preferring to pay to move to another villa half way though our stay.

Summary: The villa was lovely a clean when we arrived and Estelle’s communication prior to our stay was great. Lovely outside areas for playing, eating, chilling out and lazing by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool gets very deep very quickly, but there is a baby section for the little ones. A very short walk to the beach which was great for swimming and snorkelling. A noce bar / restaurant open at lunch (in May) overlooking the beach. And a couple of good shops at the end of the road. A small resort but plenty around, would recommend a car.

Summary: The property is fantastic. It has everything we need for a perfect vacation. Several spaces for leisure, large and clean pool. The ping pong table bonus was perfect. The house is well situated and all communication with the owner was simple and easy. I recommend it 100%.

Summary: This property is one of the nicest and best equipped that we have stayed in as a family. It has everything you could possibly need and so much more. Communication with Estelle was excellent throughout the entire process. The resort is very quiet and absolutely beautiful. I would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you Estelle

Summary: Thank you Estelle and Olivier for a wonderful stay. This house is ideal for all, particularly families. We especially enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the terrace and with a beach and local shop nearby there is no need to venture too far. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect, not too far from the airport and some great beaches. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Summary: First of all we want to thank you very much Estelle and Olivier for the great time and the nice contact!! We (2 persons) had a great time at Estelle's and Olivier's beautiful house in Es Canutells! Well, in fact everything was perfect, the house is in a really nice condition, the garden plus terrace are great to be just lazy, relax and enjoy your time, the pool was amazing, perfectly clean water.. We also enjoyed playing ping-pong! The house is located just a few minutes away from the sea, quiet neighborhoud. Just look at the pictures, book and enjoy! It's even better when you arrive! :) Well, speaking abou arrival, from the Airport you get there in 10 min by car, easy! Since there were no guests the day we arrived, we could even check in earlier, we really appreciated!! Late checkout was neither a problem, thanks a lot once again!! Menorca is a beautiful island, great beaches, we had also lots of fun discovering some places by bike! Well, I definitely recommend this house, we would book it again for our next trip to Menorca!
